Charitable objects
(A) THE OBJECTIVES OF THE TRUST SHALL BE TO PROVIDE AND MANAGE BURIAL GROUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF LLANGYNIDR
(B) FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS DOCUMENT ELIGIBLE BENEFICIARIES SHALL BE PERSONS NORMALLY RESIDENT IN THE COMMUNITY COUNCIL AREAS OF LLANGYNIDR OR PERSONS HAVING FAMILY OR STRONG CONNECTIONS WITH THE AFORESAID AREA.
