A) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND BEATIFICATION OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST MARY THE VIRGIN, CHIEVELEY IN THE DIOCESE OF OXFORD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH") AND OF THE MONUMENT, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH. B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE CHURCH
