Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF MOSBOROUGH IN THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") BY BRINGING TOGETHER STATUTORY, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THOSE INHABITANTS WHO ARE BEYOND COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
