FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE AGED, CHILDREN AND THOSE WITH PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND THOSE SUFFERING ILL HEALTH, BY THE PROVISION OF ANIMALS TO ENABLE THEM TO INTERACT AND COME INTO CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE ANIMALS IN AN EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RELIEVE THEIR SICKNESS AND THE DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM.
