"THE PROMOTION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND RELATED SERVICES WITHIN CUMBRIA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY 1) PROVIDING A SERVICE WHICH ENABLES THE MENTAL HEALTH USERS WITHIN CUMBRIA, TOGETHER WITH CARERS OF SUCH USERS, TO COMMUNICATE THEIR NEEDS AND VIEWS TO PROVIDERS AND COMMISSIONERS OF SERVICES. 2) DEVELOPING AND SUPPORTING USERS AND CARERS' INVOLVEMENT IN THE PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF SERVICES WITHIN CUMBRIA.
