FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR AFRICAN CARIBBEAN ELDERS, IN MANSFIELD AND DISTRICT (THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: (A) THE PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF RELIEVING ISOLATION AND IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SAID PERSONS; (B) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE PUBLIC HEALTH BY ADDRESSING AND PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY AND CULTURAL NEEDS; (C) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT AND FULL INTEGRATION OF THOSE OF AFRICAN CARIBBEAN ORIGIN INTO THE WIDER COMMUNITY.
