TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH MEDIATION FOR COUPLES WHOSE RELATIONSHIPS APPEAR TO BE BREAKING DOWN AND, WHERE SUCH RELATIONSHIPS HAVE ALREADY BROKEN DOWN, TO ADVISE AND HELP IN SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OR POTENTIAL DIFFERENCES OVER ASSOCIATED MATTERS SUCH AS RESIDENCE OR CONTACT TO CHILDREN FINANCIAL MATTERS, SUCH AS RESIDENCE OR CONTACT WITH CHILDREN, FINANCIAL MATTERS AND THE LIKE.
