FOR A PERPETUAL DEDICATION OF THE LANDS MENTIONED AND PARTICULARISED IN THE SCHEDULE (B) HEREUNTO ANNEXED, TO BE BY THE SAID MAYOR, ALDERMEN, AND BURGESSES LAID OUT AS SUCH PUBLIC PARK AND WALKS, AND FOR EVER HEREAFTER BE HELD BY THE SAID MAYOR, ALDERMEN, AND BURGESSES TRUST FOR THE PUBLIC, THE SAID MAYOR, ALDERMEN, AND BURGESSES INCLOSING, LAYING OUT, AND MAINTAINING THE SAME AS SUCH PUBLIC PARK AND WALKS, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT.
