TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN & YOUNG PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES BY THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION & LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PERSONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF DEVELOPING THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
