(II) TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF UGBODU, AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL, FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, DETERMINE.
