TO ADVANCE THE SCIENCE AND ART OF MEDITATION AND YOGA ACCORDING TO THE TENETS AND DOCTRINES OF THE HINDU FAITH AS DESCRIBED IN VEDIC SCRIPTURES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE HOLDING OF CLASSES, MEETINGS, DISCOURSES, PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS FESTIVALS AND PRODUCING AND/OR DISTRIBUTING LITERATURE;
2. TO PROMOTE GOOD PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL HEALTH THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF MEDITATION & YOGA.
