TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND INFIRMITY AMONGST PATIENTS IN SELECTED HOSPITALS AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS ADMINISTERED BY THE CHARNWOOD & NORTH WEST LEICESTER PRIMARY TRUST, BY PROVIDING A LOCAL RADIO BROADCASTING SERVICE TO THOSE INSTITUTIONS.
