Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS ENGAGED IN THE STUDY OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, TRADE AND CULTURE, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOR EXCLUSIVELY, CHINESE STUDENTS IN BRITAIN.
2) TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION BETWEEN CHINA AND BRITAIN TO PROMOTE AND CO-ORDINATE THE STUDY AND PRACTICES OF SUCH SCIENCES AND TECHNOLOGIES IN ALL OR ANY OF THEIR ASPECTS.
