THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY OR APPLY ITS INCOME (OR SUCH PART OF IT AS SHALL BE PAID OR APPLIED UNDER THE POWERS OF CONTAINED THIS CLAUSE) IN PERPETUITY FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM (OR OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM) AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
