TO RELIEVE THE ELDERLY AND ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN TEMPORARILY HOSPITALISED OR OTHERWISE INCAPACITATED BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF CARE FOR THEIR PETS AND COMPANION ANIMALS FOR THE PERIOD OF THEIR INCAPACITATION. 2. TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF AND CRUELTY TO ANIMALS WHOSE ELDERLY, HOSPITALISED OR INCAPACITATED OWNERS ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO CARE FOR THEM BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION, OR WHERE POSSIBLE FINDING A FOSTER HOME FOR THE ANIMAL.
