Charitable objects
THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF OR SUCH PART OR PARTS THEREOF AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE SHALL BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS: 2.1 TO ADVANCE THE RELIGION OF ISLAM IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 2.1.1 PROVIDING PLACES FOR MUSLIMS TO PERFORM THEIR WORSHIP AND PERFORM OTHER RELIGIOUS RITES; 2.1.2 PROMOTING KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, COMMUNICATION AND PRACTICE OF ISLAM AND FULFILLING ALL OTHER ISLAMIC DUTIES BY ESTABLISHING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING NECESSARY AND SUITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND FACILITIES; 2.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: 2.2.1 DISSEMINATING TRUE AND COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAM AMONG MUSLIMS AND NON-MUSLIMS ACCORDING TO THE QURAN AND SUNNAH; 2.2.2 PROMOTING DAWAH IN ORDER TO DISSEMINATE A TRUE AND BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAM AMONGST THE NON-MUSLIM COMMUNITY; 2.3 ADVANCING THE EDUCATING OF MUSLIM CHILDREN AND ADULTS; 2.3.1 ESTABLISHING ISLAMIC EDUCATION SERVICES TO PROVIDE HIGH STANDARDS OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION FOR TEACHING ISLAMIC, QUR'ANIC AND ARABIC STUDIES INCLUDING CULTURAL AND MOTHER TONGUE CLASSES. 2.3.2 ESTABLISHING EVENING AND WEEKEND AS WELL AS FULL TIME ISLAMIC EDUCATION SERVICES AND INSTITUTIONS. 2.4 PROMOTING RACIAL HARMONY BY: 2.4.1 FOSTERING BETTER RELATIONS BETWEEN NEIGHBOURING MUSLIM AND NON-MUSLIM COMMUNITIES; AND 2.4.2 ENCOURAGING BETTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MUSLIMS AND LOCAL AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT BODIES AND INSTITUTIONS.
