TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF BOYS AND GIRLS REGARDLESS OR RACE, ABILITY OR SOCIAL BACKGROUND FROM THE TOWN OF FLITWICK AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES, IN PARTICULAR FOR PLAYING FOOTBALL, SO AS TO ENCOURAGE THEIR PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT.
