Aims To advance art and sculpture for the benefit of the public by the creation and erection of a sculpture of a traditional Liverpool Working Horse on the Liverpool waterfront. To advance public education regarding carters and their working horses and the role played by them in the development of industry, in particular but not being restricted to their role in the city of Liverpool.

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE IN THE CITY OF LIVERPOOL (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) A) TO PROMOTE THE ENHANCEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR THE BENEFIT OF IT'S INHABITANTS. B) TO ADVANCE ART AND EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY THE CREATION AND ERECTION OF A SCULPTURE OF A TRADITIONAL LIVERPOOL WORKING HORSE IN THE PROXIMITY OF THE PIER HEAD, LIVERPOOL. C) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION REGARDING CARTERS AND THEIR WORKING HORSES AND THE ROLE PLAYED BY THEM IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT BEING RESTRICTED TO THEIR ROLE IN THE CITY OF LIVERPOOL.
