TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC BY THE PRESENTATION OF CONCERTS AND RECITALS AND SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
