TO MAKE PAYMENTS IN FAVOUR OF SUCH REGISTERED CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN LANCASHIRE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
