Charitable objects
A. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY INCREASING KNOWLEDGE OF AND INTEREST IN HISTORIC MECHANICALLY PROPELLED VEHICLES INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, TRACTION ENGINES, STEAMROLLERS, AND OTHER STEAM VEHICLES;
B. TO MAKE PAYMENTS IN FAVOUR OF SUCH REGISTERED CHARITIES OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN LANCASHIRE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
