Charitable objects

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE THE RELIEF OF SPORT RELATED PERSONS WHO ARE DEAF OR HARD OF HEARING AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") IN ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: 1) THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY BY FACILITATING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE BENEFICIAL CLASS IN SPORT; AND 2) THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF PARTICIPATION OF SPORT BY MEMBERS OF THE BENEFICIAL CLASS AS MEANS OF RELIEVING OR OVERCOMING THEIR DISABILITIES.
