TO PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE MOSS SIDE / RUSHOLME AREA, WITH OUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO IMPROVE THE PHYSICAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF THE LIFE IN THE SAME BOUNDARY AREA AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF MOSS SIDE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
