THE RELIEF OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION FOR YOUNG HOMELESS PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF SIXTEEN AND TWENTY-FIVE YEARS AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS OBJECT, BUT NOT FURTHER OTHERWISE, THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY BRING THE ISSUE OF HOMELESSNESS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ORDER TO HIGHLIGHT THE EXTENT OF THE PROBLEM, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONGST YOUNG PEOPLE, AS WELL AS SEEKING TO PUBLICISE THE CONSEQUENCES OF HOMELESSNESS AND WHAT STEPS ARE BEING TAKEN TO ALLEVIATE IT. THE AREA OF BENEFIT OF HIGH PEAK HOMELESS HELP CIO SHALL BE IN AND AROUND THE AREA OF HIGH PEAK BOROUGH COUNCIL IN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE.
