TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC BY MAINTAINING AN ORCHESTRA TO PROVIDE CONCERTS AND MASTERCLASSES WITH A VIEW TO THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF AMATEUR MUSICIANS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO BRING HIGH QUALITY MUSICAL PERFORMANCES TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.
