TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR THE ARAB COMMUNITY AND MINORITY GROUPS IN LONDON, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN FINSBURY PARK, ISLINGTON, HARRINGEY AND HACKNEY (THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, ASSISTANCE, REFERRAL, COUNSELLING, TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETING SERVICES IN MATTERS SUCH AS ASYLUM, IMMIGRATION, WELFARE BENEFITS, HOUSING, EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING, RECREATION AND LEISURE AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE ENJOYMENT OF THEIR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR INTEGRATION INTO SOCIETY AND THEIR EQUALITY OF LIFE.
