Charitable objects
THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY THE PROVISION OF LOW COST FURNITURE AND DOMESTIC AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS TO THOSE IN NEED WITHIN LANCASHIRE AND IN PARTICULAR THE AREA OF PENDLE. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR RETRAINING, PARTICULAR AMONG UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE, AND PROVIDING UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WITH WORK EXPERIENCE. THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: A) EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN THE BENEFITS TO THE ENVIRONMENT OF SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT PRACTISES; AND B) CARRYING OUT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT INTO SUSTAINABLE WASTE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH.
