To operate a community boat on the River Tawe navigation for the benefit of those in need by reason of their youth, old age, vulnerability, disablement or who are otherwise in need and by such other ways as the Charity may decide. To advance the education of young people and others in regard to the inland waterways of Swansea & Neath Port Talbot, their heritage, their uses and environment.
