TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN (MAINLY THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF 5) AND ADULTS IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A CHILD-CARE AND EDUCATIONAL CENTRE FOR THOSE WHO LIVE ON THE PEMBURY ESTATE, E5 AND IN LONDON ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") 2. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR SUCH PERSONS ABOVE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES (WHO LIVE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
