TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF BLACKBURN AND DARWEN THE PROVISION OF BOWLING FACILITIES AND OTHER RECREATION AND/OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR LIVES.
