THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR ENVIRONMENTAL AND OUTDOOR EDUCATION; (2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY; AND (3) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION, SPORT OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS.
