THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION AMONG REFUGEES, ORPHANS AND VICTIMS OF WARS OR STATE OR ETHNIC CONFLICTS, NATURAL CALAMITIES OR FAMINE THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF SPORT AMONG THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF THESE COMMUNITIES AND THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL OR MATERIAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE IN NEED IN EUROPE AND AFRICA.
