3.1 TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE THROUGH MEDIATION FOR BOTH PEOPLE WHOSE RELATIONSHIP HAS BROKEN DOWN AND TO PROVIDE HELP AND ADVICE FOR OTHERS (INCLUDING FAMILY MEMBERS) AS APPROPRIATE WHO MAY BE AFFECTED BY THE BREAKDOWN OF A RELATIONSHIP, 3.2 TO ADVISE AND HELP IN THE SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OR POTENTIAL DIFFERENCES OVER ASSOCIATED MATTERS SUCH AS RESIDENCE OF AND CONTACT WITH CHILDREN, PROPERTY, FINANCIAL MATTERS AND THE LIKE (INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF CONTACT SUPPORT), 3.3 TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE AFFECTED BY THE DECISION OF THEIR PARENTS TO SEPARATE OR DIVORCE, 3.4 TO PROVIDE MEDIATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ARE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS AS A RESULT OF ESTRANGEMENT, OR LACK OF COMMUNICATION OR UNDERSTANDING OR SIMILAR DIFFICULTIES.
