COASTGUARD SERVICE IN SAVING LIFE ON THE COAST AND IN CASE OF SHIPWRECK BY THE PROVISION OF A "DECLARED FACILITY" AVAILABLE FOR 24 HOURS PER DAY, 365 DAYS PER YEAR CALL-OUT 2) THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE BRIGADE'S HEADQUARTERS WATCH HOUSE, AND THE PRESERVATION CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE BRIGADE'S HISTORIC ARTEFACTS AND MUSEUM FOR THE BENEFIT AND EDUCATION OF THE COMMUNITY
