TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN WEST MIDLAND (HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR), TO ADVANCEMENT OF RELIGION, PROMOTE EDUCATION, RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMMUNITY, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
