FOR THE PURPOSE OF UPGRADING EXTENDING & MAINTAINING THE VILLAGE PLAY AREA TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR ALL AGE GROUPS INCLUDING DISABLED CHILDREN TO SUPPORT MAINTAINENCE & EXTENSION OF FACILITIES FOR THE VILLAGE & FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC AREAS OF THE VILLAGE SO THAT ALL PEOPLE LIVING IN THE VILLAGE & SURROUNDING AREAS MAY USE THE FACILITIES TO ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE TO SUPPORT ANY OTHER PROJECTS DEEMED TO BE OF BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION OF AGE, SEX AND POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS THIS INCLUDES USE OF THE VILLAGE HALL FOR MEETINGS LECTURES & CLASSES TOGETHER WITH OTHER PARTS OF RECREATION & LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OVERTON & SURROUNDING DISTRICT LANCASHIRE FYLDE & MORECAMBE
