Charitable objects
A. TO PROMOTE GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE SOUTH BANK WARD, IN PARTICULAR, TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED. B. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ITS YOUNG PEOPLE TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THE LIFE OF THE COMMUNITY IN WAYS WHICH ALLEVIATE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE AND IN ACHIEVING THE ABOVE PURPOSES BRINGING TOGETHER REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMMUNITY, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND PRIVATE SECTOR WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND PROMOTE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.
