TO ASSIST SUCH RABBIS AND STUDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED BY PROVIDING ACCOMMODATION, MAINTENANCE GRANTS, BOOKS AND SUCH OTHER RELIEF AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
