Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES, IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR RACE, RELIGION OR COLOUR, FROM AFRICA, WHO ARE RESIDING OR INTENDING TO RESIDE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND WHO ARE POVERTY, NEED OR DISTRESS ("THE BENEFICIARIES"), PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, ADVOCACY, COUNSELLING AND TRANSLATION SERVICES IN MATTERS SUCH IMMIGRATION, HEALTH, WELFARE BENEFITS, HOUSING AND FINANCE AS WELL AS OTHER SUPPORT AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE TRUSTEES. B. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE DISABLED PEOPLE, OLD PEOPLE, WOMEN AND MEN, PARTICULARLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE CLASSES, ICT SKILLS. C. TO PROVIDE ADVICE AND INFORMATION TO YOUNG PEOPLE AND FAMILIES ON THE ISSUES OF DRUG AND ALCOHOL. D. THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY THE BENEFICIARIES: (I) TH PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES; AND (II) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH TRAINING.
