2. THE PROMOTION OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF THE PUBLIC IN PARTICULAR THROUGH UNDERSTANDING AND WORKING WITH THE PROCESSES OPERATING WITHIN THE LIVES OF PEOPLE AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT.
