TO RELIEVE POOR, SICK, ELDERLY OR DISABLED PERSONS IN THE PARISHES OF DURNFORD, WILSFORD-CUM-LAKE AND WOODFORD (INCLUDING DRUIDS LODGE), BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
