Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF AFRICANS IN BRITAIN AND AFRICA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF:
(I) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND TRAINING
(II) CONTRIBUTING TO THE REDUCTION OF POVERTY
(III) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR CULTURAL EXPRESSION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, SO THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
