TO RUN AND MAINTAIN THE YOUTH CENTRE IN THE PARISH OF BLACKMORE TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE EDUCATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN BLACKMORE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND ASSIST THEM TO BECOME MATURE AND COMPETENT INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
