2. TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND SPONSORSHIP TO PROJECTS IN UNDEVELOPED COUNTRIES WHICH ARE WORKING TOWARDS BETTER STANDARDS OF CHILD RESIDENTIAL CARE AND THE AMELIORATION OF INSTITUTIONALISATION
