TO PLACE THEM IN SUCH TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT HOMES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY CONSIDER APPROPRIATE. 3. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE CARE OF SUCH ANIMALS. 4. TO PROVIDE SUCH FACILITIES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
