THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND THE PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG AFRICAN AND SPANISH MIGRANTS, REFUGEES AND ASYLUM-SEEKERS RESIDING IN THE UK (THE BENEFICIARIES) IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION AND COUNSELLING SERVICES ON WELFARE BENEFITS, HOUSING MATTERS, PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL MATTERS, COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH ISSUES. 2.
