TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ON ALL ASPECTS OF ASIAN HISTORY AND CULTURE. 3. THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT..
