THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS, BOTH WITHIN THE UK AND OVERSEAS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE TO THOSE SUFFERING AS A RESULT OF WAR, CIVIL DISTURBANCE, NATURAL DISASTER, DISEASE, DISABILITY, STARVATION, SOCIAL ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCE, BY SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. 2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, BOTH WITHIN THE UK AND OVERSEAS, BY PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES TO THOSE PERSONS WHO WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO ACCESS SUCH OPPORTUNITIES.
