THE RELIEF OF POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS WITHIN THE UK AMONG CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES OR CARERS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WITH DISABILITIES OF SPECIAL NEEDS BY SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
