THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH BOTH IN THE UK AND SOUTH AFRICA, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY AMONG THOSE SUFFERING FROM HIV/AIDS, BY SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
