TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION BY THE PROMOTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE CULTURES AND LANGUAGES OF EAST AFRICANS AND THE PROVISION OF INTERPRETING AND TRANSLATION SERVICES. 3.
